Injury Reduction

Gravitational Wellness enables athletes to consistently achieve peak performance. As a supplement to any athletic training program, Gravitational Wellness safely sets in motion an adaptive response, doubling strength, enhancing spatial awareness and upgrading the musculoskeletal frame.

The pro athletes highlighted below experienced significant improvements in performance and career seasons following participation in the Gravitational Wellness program.

Two-time NHL All-Star Ilya Kovalchuk became the top scorer in the league the season he participated in the Gravitational Wellness program.

“The Gravitational Wellness program gave me more strength, greater performance, and increased my courage and ability on the ice.”

Two-time NFL pro bowler Patrick Kerney had 14.5 sacks (2nd in the league and a career best) the season immediately following participation in the Gravitational Wellness program.

“The program during my rehabilitation greatly expedited my recovery from surgery… Instead of waiting five months to be back on the bench and incline press, I was back in three months from the date of surgery."

Patrick Kerney / 1350 lbs → 2114 lbs

Four-time MLB All-Star Charlie Blackmon participated in the Gravitational Wellness program while at Georgia Tech. He batted .396 the season of the program and was then drafted by the Colorado Rockies in the 2008 MLB draft.

“Going into the Gravitational Wellness program I was very skeptical. But after 14 sessions I feel I’m a little stronger in the weight room, resisting injury more… and the mental aspect of my game is better. I would recommend it.”

Charlie Blackmon / 882 lbs → 1860 lbs

In his 12th NHL season, two-time Stanley Cup winner Slava Kozlov participated in the Gravitational Wellness program, recovering the performance levels of his first seasons in the league. Kozlov notes that after participating in the program his migraines disappeared, along with his fear of flying.

“Throughout the last season my stats have shown dramatic improvement. I attribute this to hard work and doing the Gravitational Wellness program.”

 Studies

Increased Strength

The Gravitational Wellness program safely and significantly increases strength. In a 2015 study conducted by Emory University, 161 Gravitational Wellness program participants (100 males and 61 females) on average doubled their belt lift capacity over the course of ten weekly sessions, with loads exceeding those in other weight-lifting regimens. Participants ranged in age from 17 to 74 years of age. Significant weight progression was achieved during each session (p<0.001) for
all ages and both genders, with no interruptions in weight lifting noted as a result of injury. Link to study

Improved Batting Performance

Reigning ACC Coach of the Year and all-time winningest coach at Georgia Tech, Danny Hall has led Tech to the NCAA Tournament 21 times and guided the Yellow Jackets to the College World Series three times. In 2008 Coach Hall was seeking an edge. After witnessing a 63 year old man Belt Lift 1,500 pounds, he decided to have his players give Gravitational Wellness a try.

The Gravitational Wellness program improved the batting performance and significantly increased the strength of the Georgia Tech baseball players participating in the 2008 pilot study. Nine positional players who played in both the 2007 and 2008 seasons engaged in at least ten Gravitational Wellness sessions during the off season after 2007. The year to year change in batting performance of the participants was compared to the batting statistics for 40 Georgia Tech baseball players during seasons 2001 through 2007. The participants’ group batting performance in home runs, batting average and runs batted-in improved considerably, with all improvements exceeding those of the historic control group. Link to study

“This program is very safe and I would urge anybody and everybody that is an athlete to try it. And find out for yourself if you think it’s worthwhile.”

A Winning Edge

Grinnell College’s NCAA Division III Men’s and Women’s Cross Country teams had not won their respective Midwest Conference Championships since 2016 and 2014. In the fall of 2019 both teams, along with Grinnell College coaches, faculty and staff participated in the Gravitational Wellness program.

The results were outstanding. For the first time since 2014, both Men’s and Women’s Cross Country teams concurrently won their respective Midwest Conference Championships.

Participants experienced a significant enhancement in their physical and competitive capabilities, as well as improved competitive race results. There was a dramatic reduction in injuries sustained compared to the prior year. Participants with more than 8 sessions completed (13 males and 13
females) on average doubled their Belt Lift capacity over the course of 8 to 12 weekly sessions. Both men and women averaged 10.2 sessions.
Men’s average Belt Lift increased 120% from 530 to 1169 lbs.
Women’s average Belt Lift increased 100% from 471 to 940 lbs.
