In this Emory University case series, participants trained just once a week for 30 minutes over 10 weeks and saw, on average, a 4.9% increase in femoral bone density, with some achieving even higher gains. This score that reflects “highly marked improvement.” Participants also reported a 4.27/5 improvement in their overall subjective health citing higher energy levels and overall well-being, all with no injuries, showing how safe the Gravitational Wellness system is in delivering lasting pain relief while building the strength that helps sustain it.
Read full study.In this study, a group of 40 Division I baseball players used the Gravitational Wellness System in their offseason, completing 30-minute weekly workout sessions over 10 weeks. In the following season, they posted a 133% increase in home runs, a 19% increase in batting average, and a 40% rise in RBIs, while the control group showed virtually no change in batting average and declines of -2.7% in home runs and -2.6% in RBIs.

The study concluded that even with this low-frequency training, subjects showed rapid and significant weekly progression in weight-lifting loads, effectively doubling their lifting capacity in 10 sessions while lifting extremely high loads across multiple exercises.
