“I am 68 and have been ill, incapacitated and unable to work for 15 years. I have been to many doctors and alternative medicine practitioners who have given me many diagnoses e.g. chronic fatigue, depression, MCS, low blood sugar...

My beginning Belt Lift was 518 pounds and by my tenth session I could lift 1246 pounds. The results more than justify the 1000+ mile round trip I make each time. My mental and physical energy is improved and I am better able to focus on projects. My friends have noticed that I look healthier and stronger. I consider finding the Gravitational Wellness program to be truly miraculous and life changing. Thanks a lot. ”

“When I started the program 11 weeks ago, I was not doing well. I seemed to be in a permanent flare-up of the symptoms of fibromyalgia. I had no energy, and I mentally felt lower than I had ever felt in my entire life.

Now, 11 sessions later, I feel 100% better. For the past few weeks I have had no or very little pain, I have a lot of energy, and mentally I feel incredibly strong.

I can truly say that the Gravitational Wellness program, in combination with Vladimir’s passion, dedication, and belief have healed me so much.”

“I was at a point where I was beginning to feel rather hopeless about the aging process. Because I was essentially doing nothing to forestall all the inevitable circumstances – decline, I was feeling resigned to being fat and getting fatter, to having low energy, to worrying about what disease was going to get me, to looking old and worn out, etc.

I was pretty gloomy. On a particular day last November, I had a talk with myself, realizing I had to do something. I could go back to doing any of a number of things I've done over the years that have done me very temporary good, only to watch myself run out of steam and fall back into harmful habits.

I have heard it said that if you do think the way you've always done them, you'll always get the same results. That fact made me so discouraged. Why bother? A few days later, I came to your gym, watching someone going through the exercises. The positive energy in the room was palpable. I felt completely convinced that this was something I must do.

At my first session, I lifted, with the belt, 488 pounds. I was amazed. Thrilled. Couldn't believe it! Today, I lifted 1,194 pounds. It's not possible. But it is.

After that very first session I felt immediately transformed. My energy was out the roof. I felt I had more energy than I even knew what to do with. I tackled projects I've been putting off for literally years, things that constantly weighed on me but I never had the energy or desire to do. I've been flying through those projects ever since. This is a huge shift for me.

Before I started this program, I used to nap most every day; a nap is now the exception. I'm into a comfortable rhythm of getting things accomplished now that I've never experienced before in my life. I feel optimistic, confident and strong. I feel I've got a key, a very amazing key, to being healthy and happy and feeling young. It's as if I have the energy now to want to do things that are right and good for me.

I broke my ankle in three places about three years ago, underwent surgery and came out with an ankle full of metal plates and screws. The first time I did Gravitational Wellness, especially on the leg press, I had to stop at 414 pounds due to pain and weakness. Now I'm up to pressing 830 completely pain-free pounds and am looking forward to an upcoming ski trip.

I have to say my life has improved in many ways. Our financial circumstances have taken a decided upturn. People notice a glow in me and comment on it. I am so glad that I finally started working with you and I can't imagine not having this in my life. It is an incredible gift. I want to thank you for bringing it my way and I'm very grateful that I am so receptive at last.”

“I began Vladimir's program in February of this year, through my mother's recommendation. My father and I currently participate in the program together on a weekly basis. It was recommended to me because I have suffered from leg and joint pain since I was a child. My symptoms include shin splints, leg cramps, joint pains, sleeplessness, fatigue, anxiety, and depression. When I was in kindergarten, doctors told us I should not wear sneakers, or exercise.

Years later, another doctor deduced that I was allergic to milk products. Neither of these diagnoses were correct or helped my problem. Finally, as a teenager I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. The upside of learning you have this condition is that your symptoms have a name, and you get the solace of knowing that other people share your symptoms. There is no cure, but now the doctors have instructed me to take naproxen sodium for the leg pain and antidepressant medication for everything else. This is a temporary solution to a long term problem that is predicted to get worse as I age.

During the past year, I have purchased and renovated my first home and dealt with the death of my grandmother, with whom I was very close, and the realization that my other grandmother has Alzheimer’s disease and has since been moved from her home into an assisted living facility. These life changes were very difficult for me to deal with, on top of the pain associated with fibromyalgia.

I believe that by participating in Gravitational Wellness I have strengthened my body and mind. This has enabled me to survive the last year. My body feels good on a regular basis. I am able to sleep and have calmness despite the stress I am feeling. I don't wake up in the middle of the night with leg pains, nor am I fatigued and stiff in the morning and all day. I feel better. Much of the renovation of my home was done by my boyfriend and myself. Prior to starting the program I would never have had the strength, energy, endurance, or peace of mind to accomplish what we have in the last year. I am very appreciative to my mother for the recommendation, and to Vladimir for his program. It has enabled me to survive, and to realize that I do not have to feel bad forever.

“I was diagnosed with melanoma skin cancer and was operated on to resolve the problem shortly after the diagnosis. While I was assured that the surgery was a complete success, I was told for the next two years I would have to have quarterly chest x-rays and blood work done as a follow up to the operation. Subsequent to the surgery, I became lethargic and very anxious and ultimately fell into a postoperative depression.

I was aware of the Gravitational Wellness program and its unique weightlifting techniques. It was my understanding that after a scheduled number of appointments, the result would be beneficial to help my immune system both physically and mentally, and I would ultimately be able to renew my daily routines. I began the program with the expectation that after 4 or 5 visits I would begin to feel better, and indeed, I did.

While I must admit I have no physiological explanation for what the weight program does to the human body, I can only say that after 7 or 8 visits, not only was I better, but I felt totally normal and wanted to continue the program until I doubled my weight capacity from 622 to 1246 pounds.

As an aside, the program helped me psychologically. I felt like I had more physical energy than before the surgery and it has continued to this day. As I became acquainted with others while working with your program, it became obvious that they felt the same results. I had had back surgery years before I started the program, and can attest to the fact that not only were there no negative effects through the sessions, but that it actually strengthened my back muscles.

In closing, let me say that I would recommend Gravitational Wellness to anyone who is experiencing lack of energy, or in general, any health condition that they have been unable to find any help.

“When I began the Gravitational Wellness Program, I had just been diagnosed with manic depressive-bipolar disorder and started Depakote and other medications to help prevent episodes. I was overweight and sleeping 12 -14 hours a day, and very depressed.

I began to notice a change after the tenth session, and continued changes not only to my body, but my mind also. I have lost 28 pounds, sleep 8 hours a day, have 'excessive' energy and have stopped taking Depakote. I feel more in charge of my life and have never felt better physically.

I truly believe that this program has changed my life and continues to surprise me with its results.

“I want to express so much gratitude for the results I received from Gravitational Wellness after just ten visits. When my sister drove me to the program for the first time, I could barely walk into the gym. I was so weak and had lost down to 98 pounds. The two previous months were filled with emergency room visits and hospital stays due to type 1 diabetes.

Since working with Vladimir, my weight has returned to normal and my energy levels have soared. I am so incredibly thankful. My life has improved, and it could not have been possible without this program.”

“I am so thankful for the Gravitational Wellness program. I have had a problem with migraine headaches over the last three years. On occasion, I will collapse with complete loss of motor skills for periods of 30 minutes up to 4 hours in length. I have experienced these episodes anywhere from 8 a day at the worst, to 1-2 per month. I do not lose consciousness and cannot respond in any way, but I remain quite aware of all that is going on.

I have seen numerous doctors... neurologists, allergists, endocrinologists, and even a psychologist. All of which cannot determine exactly what is going on other than I appear "normal" in all other respects. I have taken various anti-seizure and blood pressure medications with some improvement only to adjust and begin the episodes again. I have been evaluated by Mayo Clinic only to have them basically shrug their shoulders saying my condition was a "migraine phenomenon" and I had done all that was possible by known treatments. I had determined to remove myself from all medications since the positive effects were questionable, and the negative effects left me feeling drugged and listless. It was then I was introduced to Gravitational Wellness.

Upon beginning the program, I immediately felt a change in my health. I enjoyed the challenge of the exercise, but more so, I definitely experienced a sense of more physical energy after the sessions. People around me began to see the old Alicia and would remark at how my eyes seemed so much clearer. Although the episodes did not stop completely, when they did occur, they were much less frequent and much less severe.

I don't understand the science of Gravitational Wellness, but I can attest that I believe the program was instrumental in the improvement of my health. The neurologist tells me that there is so much we don't know about migraines, but that our cellular structure and nerve synapses are important considerations. I am convinced the Gravitational Wellness program influences this theory.

I sincerely hope the medical profession endorses Gravitational Wellness. I do believe it works!”

I have suffered from Fibromyalgia for eighteen years. It occurred after a serious back injury subsequent to excessive exercise, i.e, running and aerobic classes. Through the years I have continued with moderate exercise and literally trying everything to manage my pain. I have had success managing pain with the Intracell deep muscle massage device and therapeutic high gauss magnets. The problem was that pain, flare-ups and debilitating fatigue would always reoccur.

I started the Gravitational Wellness program with Vladimir Chubinsky in April during a horrible three month flare up. I was desperate. Ten sessions later, I no longer needed my daily nap, my energy was way up, and I had virtually no pain. Yes, the common ache but not the relentless daily knife stabbing pain! In the six months since I finished my sessions I have had only three or four bad episodes but they only lasted a day or two and I worked them out with the Intracell with no problem. The difference in my well being is night and day. Not having to deal with daily pain, debilitating fatigue and legs of lead has truly been a Godsend.

I have treated Fibromyalgia as a therapist for years so I am well educated with respect to this syndrome. I don't understand how Gravitational Wellness has helped me… it just has.

You should be aware that during my ten sessions I had two SEVERE flare-ups! Vladimir assured me it was just my body changing. Because I trust him, I continued. I feel it may be difficult to convince your patients to try this program, as this population is often leery of any kind of perceived exercise. If you need my help to talk to them please feel free to call upon me. Life is too precious to live it in pain. I encourage everyone to try the Gravitational Wellness program.

“I first became acquainted with Vladimir and Gravitational Wellness via a client of mine in one of the weekly therapy groups that I facilitate. I witnessed a lovely change in her that caught my attention. She was becoming very open hearted, more loving and more at ease. It was a very palpable change; one that I generally associate with the seasoning that emanates from disciplined spiritual practice. She, in turn, introduced another client from the group to Vladimir, and she too experienced an important change. Chronic neck pain began to dissipate. This, too, caught my attention and further piqued my curiosity.

I began personally working with Vladimir last summer. Initially, I did not experience anything very significant; it felt good enough and intriguing enough to return, yet I did not experience a shift in my life. I came to find that Vladimir's perspectives on growth and personal development were quite similar to my own, and we developed a rapport as facilitators of change and growth.

After taking a hiatus of four months when my son was born, I returned for a session. Much to my surprise, I was lifting exactly the amount that I had lifted before taking a four-month break. This felt very significant to me. I could not have lifted any more weight than I did on my first visit, and had increased around 500 pounds by the time I took a break. To return and lift the same amount that I had left off with pointed to the fact that this program was enhancing an internal system inside of me above and beyond anything muscular (or related to strength training associated with the use of weights). I've always been an athlete, and after a four-month break doing traditional weight training, it would be virtually impossible to sustain the gains prior to stopping for this amount of time.

After fifteen or so sessions, I had a profound experience. I broke through to a level that surprised me, was somewhat disoriented, and over the course of the next week began to notice that I was feeling consistently more energetic, optimistic, and happier than I had previously been. There was a distinct shift in my "energy." It has not gone away since.

My sense of the experience is that this program naturally releases an inherent potential within the human body that usually remains dormant in most people's lives. The safe application of acute stress to the skeletal system by using weights in this way seems to directly access the internal capacity to heal, grow and change from the inside out. Devout yogis have cultivated practices that release this, yet this program cultivates the experience in a dramatically short period of time.

I continue to visit Vladimir and engage in weekly or biweekly sessions, and see immense potential for the application of Gravitational Wellness in many areas. I am enthusiastic to the point of being interested enough to be trained as a facilitator of the program myself, and have been contemplating the interplay between it, meditation and psychotherapy as a triad for personal growth and healing.”

“Until 2010, I never had any problems with my back or neck. In the summer of 2010, I took a nearly six-foot fall onto my back. After attending Grady Hospital in Atlanta, I was found to have a mild concussion, but no other structural problems.

In January of 2011, I was experiencing uncomfortable back and neck pain. X-rays and MRI's were conducted in Athens, but nothing was found to be wrong. Doctors could feel the knots that developed in my neck, shoulders, back and jaw. However, they could find no identifiable cause for them or my pain. In September of 2011, the pain became so great that I was unable to work. Leaving my job, I was spending 20+ hours per day in bed in severe pain. My limbs were at times numb and at other times experienced a burning/tingling sensation that was just awful. What little time I was able, I was being carted to different doctors for a gamut of tests.

Throughout 2012 I experienced nerve conduction tests, blood-work, and various physical exams. I was treated at Emory, Northside Hospital of Atlanta, and in physical therapy. After a diagnosis of Dystonia and later Fibromyalgia, I was put on high dosage of Cymbalta and Lyrica. Both caused me to endure horrible side effects, and it took me months to get off of them. I began to lose hope.

The treatments I found most helpful for my pain, before coming to Vladimir, were an adjustment by my chiropractor, physical therapy, sessions with a counselor for support, and rest. I was attending the chiropractor a few times per week, doing physical therapy everyday, and resting most other times. The pain was unbearable, but somehow I bore it.

My father actually got us in to see Vladimir after meeting coincidentally through his work. At first I was quite skeptical, because I had been let down by so many other therapies and treatments. However I cannot argue with the results. At my first session, I lifted 400+ pounds! I couldn't believe it.

As I was unable to drive, it was difficult for me to complete the sessions weekly. Sometimes, I would go 3-4 weeks between sessions, but I've been blessed to have friends and family that would come drive me. It took months, but I've now completed 10 sessions.

I was told by one doctor I would never walk again and probably be in bed the rest of my life. Last month, September of 2013, I was able to walk down the aisle and dance at my wedding. During my last session, I lifted 934 pounds and am still working for more. On the weeks when I make it to Vladmir's, I can spend 5-7 hours per day doing some activities! On weeks when I don't, my pain is much worse and I get maybe a third of that time that I'm able to do things. Traveling is still hard, but I'm able to drive myself short distances again. I feel as though I'm getting my life back and I would encourage others to give Gravitational Wellness a try as well."

I was diagnosed with syncope conversion disorder at the age of 8. No medication or therapy other than Gravitational Wellness helped me. I would be fainting at least four times a week before I saw Vladimir. I had broken my neck at the age of 14 because of this fainting problem and constantly had back and neck spasms. After the fourth session, you could see a tremendous difference with me. I was not getting sick as much, and I was not complaining of back problems.

My fainting dropped down to at least twice every two weeks. After the sixth session, I have had no fainting episodes. I now have my driver’s license; something the doctors told me I could not get if I didn't stop fainting. Thanks to the program I am a normal 19 year old and hopefully it will stay this way!"
