Jeannette had been in chemotherapy for the last two years, and in the last year was really depressed, which is when she joined the Gravitational Wellness program. She started slowly, and slowly something happened, and she started to smile again. She believes there are many positive things that happen once one is lifting these big weights. She is now motivated, has passion, and loves people.

Joe’s story is awe-inspiring. The former professional golfer suffered a massive stroke at the age of 33 and could not move, stand, or speak. He was given a 10% chance of survival. 14 months later, after doctors told him he had exhausted his rehab options, Joe visited Emory’s Brain Health Center specialist, Dr. David Burke, who recommended Joe participate in the Gravitational Wellness program. Through this powerful program Joe was able to regain much of the functionality he thought he lost, including the use of his once completely limp right arm. Joe has continued to heal his brain and body and now lives a normal life, astonishing everyone.

“I was at a point where I was beginning to feel rather hopeless about the aging process. Because I was essentially doing nothing to forestall all the inevitable circumstances – decline, I was feeling resigned to being fat and getting fatter, to having low energy, to worrying about what disease was going to get me, to looking old and worn out, etc.
I was pretty gloomy. On a particular day last November, I had a talk with myself, realizing I had to do something. I could go back to doing any of a number of things I've done over the years that have done me very temporary good, only to watch myself run out of steam and fall back into harmful habits.
I have heard it said that if you do think the way you've always done them, you'll always get the same results. That fact made me so discouraged. Why bother? A few days later, I came to your gym, watching someone going through the exercises. The positive energy in the room was palpable. I felt completely convinced that this was something I must do.
At my first session, I lifted, with the belt, 488 pounds. I was amazed. Thrilled. Couldn't believe it! Today, I lifted 1,194 pounds. It's not possible. But it is.
After that very first session I felt immediately transformed. My energy was out the roof. I felt I had more energy than I even knew what to do with. I tackled projects I've been putting off for literally years, things that constantly weighed on me but I never had the energy or desire to do. I've been flying through those projects ever since. This is a huge shift for me.
Before I started this program, I used to nap most every day; a nap is now the exception. I'm into a comfortable rhythm of getting things accomplished now that I've never experienced before in my life. I feel optimistic, confident and strong. I feel I've got a key, a very amazing key, to being healthy and happy and feeling young. It's as if I have the energy now to want to do things that are right and good for me.
I broke my ankle in three places about three years ago, underwent surgery and came out with an ankle full of metal plates and screws. The first time I did Gravitational Wellness, especially on the leg press, I had to stop at 414 pounds due to pain and weakness. Now I'm up to pressing 830 completely pain-free pounds and am looking forward to an upcoming ski trip.
I have to say my life has improved in many ways. Our financial circumstances have taken a decided upturn. People notice a glow in me and comment on it. I am so glad that I finally started working with you and I can't imagine not having this in my life. It is an incredible gift. I want to thank you for bringing it my way and I'm very grateful that I am so receptive at last.”

“I was diagnosed with melanoma skin cancer and was operated on to resolve the problem shortly after the diagnosis. While I was assured that the surgery was a complete success, I was told for the next two years I would have to have quarterly chest x-rays and blood work done as a follow up to the operation. Subsequent to the surgery, I became lethargic and very anxious and ultimately fell into a postoperative depression.
I was aware of the Gravitational Wellness program and its unique weightlifting techniques. It was my understanding that after a scheduled number of appointments, the result would be beneficial to help my immune system both physically and mentally, and I would ultimately be able to renew my daily routines. I began the program with the expectation that after 4 or 5 visits I would begin to feel better, and indeed, I did.
While I must admit I have no physiological explanation for what the weight program does to the human body, I can only say that after 7 or 8 visits, not only was I better, but I felt totally normal and wanted to continue the program until I doubled my weight capacity from 622 to 1246 pounds.
As an aside, the program helped me psychologically. I felt like I had more physical energy than before the surgery and it has continued to this day. As I became acquainted with others while working with your program, it became obvious that they felt the same results. I had had back surgery years before I started the program, and can attest to the fact that not only were there no negative effects through the sessions, but that it actually strengthened my back muscles.
In closing, let me say that I would recommend Gravitational Wellness to anyone who is experiencing lack of energy, or in general, any health condition that they have been unable to find any help.”

“When I began the Gravitational Wellness Program, I had just been diagnosed with manic depressive-bipolar disorder and started Depakote and other medications to help prevent episodes. I was overweight and sleeping 12 -14 hours a day, and very depressed.
I began to notice a change after the tenth session, and continued changes not only to my body, but my mind also. I have lost 28 pounds, sleep 8 hours a day, have 'excessive' energy and have stopped taking Depakote. I feel more in charge of my life and have never felt better physically.
I truly believe that this system has changed my life and continues to surprise me with its results.”

“I have been disabled since 1985 with immune and neuromuscular problems. I must avoid people and most places because of pandemic allergies and have to live in a pure environment with air and water filters. Any exposure to petrochemical fumes, chemicals, tobacco smoke, molds, foods, and pathogens will cause immediate neurological dysfunction with muteness or slurring of words, temporary paralysis of my legs, seizures, asthma and overwhelming fatigue. Sometimes I collapse and cannot communicate or move although I remain conscious. I would need to lie down and sometimes be on oxygen half an hour to a full day to recover the use of my legs and to speak clearly again.
For the last 17 years, I have tried many therapies which could not cure me. They just kept me alive until now. Two months ago I came to Vladimir's Gym on my doctor's recommendation. After the first day I noticed that an acute connective tissue/bone infection in the back of my skull began to clear up. This amazed me because it had been getting progressively worse and no prior treatments had helped. Before one session, there was a slight fragrance from someone in the gym and I began to have a mild seizure and could not stand up without help. Once I began to lift, my speech returned to normal and I could walk again.
I have had nine workouts so far with my beginning weight at 310 lbs. At first I would be chilled to the bone and totally exhausted for days. Not surprising since the tiniest bit of stress on my body has always provoked reactions and collapse. Right after the fourth session, my brain function improved noticeably. Now my body is able to handle almost 700 lbs without causing illness the next day. I feel as though I am 40% better on a scale of 0 to 100 with 100 being my level of well-being before I became ill many years ago.
Each time after lifting, my body will begin to shut down from the stress of weights. I will have the reactions listed above but my body is more resilient now and not as brittle. Whether it is the stimulation of the bone marrow stem cells or just the power of healing unleashed, I have benefited tremendously from Gravitational Wellness in physical health, mental clarity, and a sense of well-being. Thank you, Vladimir Chubinsky, for bringing us something which is brilliant in its simplicity, broad in its application, and works!

“I have been a client of Vladimir Chubinsky for the past 10 years. During that time I have experienced him as a highly motivated professional who was solidly and conservatively trained in physical therapy, body mechanics, and massage therapy. He has never been satisfied to simply practice his profession, but has always been driven to make a significant contribution.
Approximately three years ago, Vladimir began telling me about a new program of lifting extraordinarily heavy weights, which I now know as Gravitational Wellness. He was learning about this program from its developer and his mentor, Anatoly Samodumov, from Moscow.
Vladimir was intrigued and was trying the new program himself. As the months passed, I followed his experience. While I tend to be conservative and scientific in the way I approach new ideas, my attention was captured by what I was hearing.
I decided to try the program myself. I have observed two tangible physical changes. For years, I had a slight tremor when my neck was in certain positions. Also for about 5 years I have had a damaged nerve in my left heel, which was often painful. After approximately four months (15 sessions), both of these disappeared and have not returned. I did not receive any other treatment intervention during this period of time. Thus, I do credit this process for the relief of my symptoms.
Less tangibly, I began to feel a "psychological calm" that was new to me. I am also aware of an absence of what I would call a "low-grade depression," a feeling that had been with me most of my life. I am not referring to a diagnosable depression that would be obvious to anyone but myself. That feeling has disappeared. As a psychologist in private practice, I have participated in more than 20 years of personal therapy, training, seminars, workshops, etc., and nothing has produced this sense. I have conducted workshops, taught at the university level, supervised advanced graduate students and post-graduate psychotherapists. My personality and training has taught me to be cautious, yet open to new ideas. I don't really have an explanation for the changes I have experienced, but certainly know the changes are real.
Due to the positive benefits I have experienced, I have felt comfortable referring a few of my patients and friends to Vladimir. Some of them have experienced physical and emotional benefits and are continuing to participate in the program. Others left after a short time (probably not long enough to experience noticeable benefits), primarily due to their individual financial restrictions.
My personal benefits seem to pale in comparison to some of the anecdotes I am hearing from Mr. Chubinsky and other clients. I have enthusiastically supported efforts to conduct scientific studies. I would like to see what results could be documented in both healthy and sick populations, from either a physiological or psychological perspective. To this end, I would be happy to discuss my experience with potential funding sources or researchers.”

“I was diagnosed with syncope conversion disorder at the age of 8. No medication or therapy other than Gravitational Wellness helped me. I would be fainting at least four times a week before I saw Vladimir. I had broken my neck at the age of 14 because of this fainting problem and constantly had back and neck spasms. After the fourth session, you could see a tremendous difference with me. I was not getting sick as much, and I was not complaining of back problems.
My fainting dropped down to at least twice every two weeks. After the sixth session, I have had no fainting episodes. I now have my driver’s license; something the doctors told me I could not get if I didn't stop fainting. Thanks to the program I am a normal 19 year old and hopefully it will stay this way!"
